2. How long does it take to set up?

Most stores can go live within a few days. We offer both plug-and-play kits and full installations, depending on your space and needs. Once installed, your system is remotely managed and updated in real time.

3. Is SurroundCast customizable to my brand and customers?

Absolutely! We tailor music, scents and screen content to fit your brand identity and target audience - whether you're a cafe, fashion retailer, convenience store, hotel, gym, showroom - basically any business where customer experience and atmosphere matter. You can also avail of just music or scents or screens - or any combination of the three.

4. How much does SurroundCast cost?

Pricing depends on the number of branches, hardware requirements and whether you choose music only or our full scent + screen setup. We offer flexible monthly subscriptions and packages tailored to your needs.

5. Can we update music, scent or screen content any time?

For music and visuals, yes. We can change your music or visuals via our cloud-based dashboard where we can push real-time updates across one or multiple - or all - locations at once. For scents, our team can pay you a visit to refill or change you fragrance.

6. Can you produce and plug in my messages, announcements and ads for me?

Yes, absolutely. Our in-house studio team can script, voice and produce custom audio messages for your store - whether it's a promo, announcement or branded ad. Once approved, we'll schedule and upload them directly to your system so they play at the right time, in the right location.
